The Dance Honor Society of Alabama

Founded in 2017, The Dance Honor Society of Alabama is The University of Alabama's first on-campus honor society centered around dance. DHSA is founded on four pillars derived from the name of the organization: passion for performance (Dance), academic excellence (Honor), service (Society), and creating community (Alabama). We fulfill these four commitments by participating in UA Theatre & Dance performances, providing academic support to members, donating to and partnering with organizations in our community, and hosting social events for members.
